Derryinver is by far my favourite place to paint in all of Connemara. Despite the beautiful beaches and the gorgeous little village of Roundstone, this place stole my heart. Discovered when the children were small, I’d get my husband to take them for a walk or over to discover new things at Ocean’s Alive (now closed) while I’d go off sketching. It was only later when I was going through a box of old photographs I found a letter from my grandmother telling me that she’d discovered a fabulous place to paint called Derryinver…it gave me goosebumps!

NB: This item is in stock and can be sent to you straight away by post. As it is a small painting (10 × 12 inches framed) it can be shipped with the frame. Postal rates have been raised again unfortunately but I do my best to keep prices as low as possible for overseas. Local post within Ireland is €8 flat fee. (If you purchase a second item, shipping is free) UK and Europe shipping is €23 which includes insurance and is tracked. Rest of World is €32 and is also tracked and insured.
