Postal rates have been raised again unfortunately but I do my best to keep prices as low as possible for overseas. Local post within Ireland is €8 flat fee. (If you purchase a second item, shipping is free) UK and Europe shipping is €23 which includes insurance and is tracked. Rest of World is €32 and is also tracked and insured.
